  • Who are we?

    Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus excels the client’s expectations with reliable, safe and punctual transportation that guarantees a friendly and keepsake environment.

  • How do I reserve the Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus?

    In our Request a Quote Section, Fill out the Required Information for an accurate quote cost. Allow no more than 24 hours for one of our Representatives to email you with a response. We look forward to chauffeuring your Event!

  • Is there a retainer fee?

    There is a $150 Non-refundable Retainer placed at the time of booking that reserves your desired date and time frame. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours ( 1 day) prior to your pickup date. If interested in moving forward to secure your desired date and time frame an invoice for the Non-refundable Retainer will be sent to your email address.

    *There’s an additional 10% drivers gratuity that will be paid the day of pickup to the driver directly in Cash.

    *Some locations require driving on the Beltway/99 for pickup/drop off…

    NOTE:: those fees will be added to the Grand Total cost.

    *Also, some Major Venues require paid parking ((NOT VALET )) for the Party Bus to enter.

  • Can we bring own own music on the Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus?

    YES, we are a transportation company that doesn’t provide music but on our party bus we have: USB, Bluetooth, Standard auxiliary cord (Iphone adapter is needed from the client) and cd player is built in for the client’s listening purposes.

  • Is alcohol allowed on the Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus?

    YES, there is a built-in bar and cooler provided at the rear of the bus. Personal coolers are welcome. Texas regulations does not allow us to sell or distribute alcohol to passengers.

    NOTE:: We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for drinking under the age of 21. If the driver sees any underage drinking on the bus, the reserved ride will be forefeited and returned to designated pickup location.

  • Is there a Cancellation Fee?

    Any and all Retainers are Non-Refundable and we understand that unforeseen circumstances due occur. This policy is in place to secure dates and time slots that have been held for an amount of time and possible loss of another potential booking. However, any cancellations made less than 1 week (7-1 days) before the Scheduled reservation date will be charged half (50%) the cost . Any cancelation made 48 hours or less will be charged for the full reservation time slot.

    * There is no additional charge to rescheduling 1 week (7 full days) before the Scheduled reservation date.

    NOTE:: only if that requested date is available may rescheduling be approved.

    *Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus does not issue refunds for Last minute, No shows, or Day-Of your Scheduled reservation date for cancellations.

  • Is smoking allowed on the Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus?

    NO. There’s a non-smoking/vapes included policy to ensure our party bus keeps a fresh and clean smell for all our guests.

  • What is the age requirement for reservations on the party bus?

    All bookings must be reserved by a person of the age of 21. Any parties for ages 18 or under must be accompanied by a chaperone 21 or older…NOTE:: we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for drinking under the age of 21.

  • Is there an additional charge for trips outside of the Houston and surrounding areas?

    We ask that you contact us. Requesting a quote is FREE.

  • At what point and time does my reservation begin.. And end?

    The client provides us with the itinerary. At their requested pickup time is when the STARTING TIME begins and the ENDING TIME is the drop off time back to the original pickup location. ( We ask that you factor in the ride back to the designated location when reserving the ending time.)

  • Is there a cleaning fee?

    YES. There is cleaning fee of $150 if trash is not picked up at the end of the party. A built-in trash bin is provided at the rear of the bus for disposal.

    NOTE:: if someone is feeling ill please inform the driver. There is a cleaning fee of $250 if someone gets sick on the bus leaving vomit or any bodily fluids. Vomit bags are also available at the rear of the bus.

  • Is there a minimum # of hours to reserve the party bus?

    YES. Sunday-Thursday minimum of 3 hours. Friday and Saturday minimum of 4 hours. All bookings include a 10% drivers gratuity due the day of pickup to the Driver directly in Cash *Minimum hours of service/rates are subject to change during Major Holidays and Prom seasons.

  • How many passengers do the party bus seat?

    For a smooth and comfortable ride, the maximum is 16 or less passengers. The weight capacity and style of the bus is what DOT compliance allow.

  • Can hours/time be added to the trip the day of?

    YES. The Sho’ Stoppa Experience is all about having FUN, adding additional hours/time must be told to the driver ASAP not at the end of the reserved time slot. Time running over the initial Reserved time slot requires an additional charge to the client's credit/debit card on file. *Be mindful that the traveling time back to the designated location is included in the end time.

  • Where can I find the rates/prices?

    Similar to Uber we are a Transportation company. Prices vary depending on each clients personalized itinerary so there is no set price list. We ask that addresses for your Event be included when receiving a quote to give the most accurate rate. Parking/Tolls for specific events will be added to the client Total cost not Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus.

  • Are guests allowed to stay on the bus while others get off?

    We do not allow guests to stay on the party bus once at their destination location. We are a Transportation company that aren’t responsible for party guests nor belongings. We ask the client whom has made the reservation to inform their guests about this rule beforehand

  • What is a show your ID policy?

    A “show your ID” Policy is implemented by Sho’ Stoppa Party Bus LLC to ensure security and to verify the identity of the client who has made a reservation. To prevent fraudulent transactions as well as legal regulatory requirements. The client (whomever reserved services) must present their valid ID to the driver and sign a form that states you are the individual whom you say you are.

  • Why when I call the business number, I'm sent to a voice-mail that states visit the website for all information?

    Over the years we've concluded that emails are more convenient with a quicker response time. It offers a written record of the entire reservation process while providing clarity and documentation for both parties.
